Post [C2 KB] The Decision support lobe has stopped...
The Decision support lobe has stopped, can I start it again?
Issue: A player asked the following question: "I have a female Norn that seemed to be fine when she was born. But now she is having problems making decisions. Looking at the science kit under physical, a little stop sign is shown next to the rate of the Decision Support. What does this mean, and can I fix it?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Analysis: There are two signs in the in the Science Kit - Physical page, a cross or X which means that the organ is dead, and a Stop sign, which means that the organ has ceased to work.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Resolution: When a stop sign appears in the Science Kit, it means that the organ has stopped working, which means that it has a chance of working again. It may not work, but it can still be alive. A heart, in real biology, can stop beating, but for some time, it can survive. So far, this issue has only been reported by one user and should not pose any serious problem if experienced again.
